2017 Cadenza vs 2016 Cadenza
Kia stopped at nothing to redesign the 2017 Cadenza and it resulted not only in noticeable differences in the styling but added and new technology features as well when compared to the 2016 Cadenza. The first difference is the newly designed front fascia, the signature Kia “tiger nose” grille has evolved into a new hexagonal shape that emphasizes the Cadenza’s width with lines extending underneath the headlights and has a more concave form, which curves in toward the engine bay which results in a more sculpted face.
The new LED technology inside the 2017 Cadenza’s piano key taillights creates a Z-shape lighting signature which makes the 2017 Cadenza look more aggressive and athletic than the 2016 model. The body structure of the 2017 Cadenza has been improved to become stronger, but lighter and more rigid for a more enjoyable driving experience.

The interior of the Cadenza was designed to create a working relationship between human and machine by adding intelligent design, easy controls and a suite of enhanced convenience features making the driving experience more enjoyable and easy. The 2017 Cadenza will feature the new Head Up Display which shows key driver information such as speed and turn-by-turn navigation directions on the windshield directly in the driver’s line of sight. Smart Trunk conveniently opens the trunk lid if the sensor detects the key fob is also featured on the 2017 Cadenza along with a wireless smartphone charger. The UVO system with also feature Android Auto and Apple CarPlay as standard technology.
