Not quite the highest or lowest trims, the 2019 Kia Sorento LX and SX still have their own unique specs and features to contend with. So, which trim has what features? Let’s find out!
2019 Kia Sorento LX and SX features
While both trims of the 2019 Kia Sorento would be a great addition for your family, there are some features that might make one stand out more than the other.
|2019 Kia Sorento LX||Vs||2019 Kia Sorento SX|
|185 hp||Horsepower||290 hp|
|UVO Play w/ 7-inch touchscreen||Entertainment system||UVO eServices w/ 8-inch touchscreen|
|6 speakers||Audio system||Harman/Kardon® 10-speaker system|
|n/a||Park Distance Warning -Forward||Standard|
|Optional||Park Distance Warning -Reverse||Standard|
|Standard||Blind Spot Collision Warning||Standard|
As you might imagine, the higher trim you get, the more standard features you have. So, it shouldn’t really come as a surprise that the SX has more standard features than the LX trim. That doesn’t mean that the LX doesn’t have plenty of features, but since we are highlighting the differences between these two trims, you’ll be seeing what specs and features one trim has that the other doesn’t.
As you can see, the engine of the LX and SX is different, so you’ll get more power out of the engine on the SX than on the LX. The entertainment system and audio system n the LX is also different, with the SX having the Harman/Kardon® 10-speaker surround sound system.
We’ve already spoken a bit about there being more standard features on the SX, so it isn’t very suprising that the SX has more driver assist technologies than the LX, though if you want the Park Distance Warning Reverse, that is optional on the LX.
