Difference between trim levels on Kia Sorento
There are 6 trim levels for the 2019 Kia Sorento; L, LX, LX V6, EX V6, SX, and SX Limited. Among these vehicles, only the base trim, or the Sorento L, doesn’t have all-wheel drive. Now, let’s see about the fuel economy. The L and LX have an EPA-estimated Fuel economy of 22 miles per gallon in the city and 29 mpg on the highway, bringing the vehicles to 25 mpg combined. The rest of the trims (LX V6-SX Limited) have 19 mpg in the city and 26 on the highway, bringing them to a combined 22 mpg total. All of these totals are using the vehicles that have FWD. All trims have a fuel tank capacity of 18.8 gallons.
When it comes to power, the L and LX are again tied at 185 hp and 178 lb-ft of torque, while the LX V6, EX V6, SX, and SX Limited all have 290 hp and 252 lb-ft torque.
Features in the 2019 Kia Sorento
The L, LX, LX V6, and EX V6 all have a 7-inch touchscreen display, while the top 2 displays of the SX and SX Limited have an 8-inch display. Likewise, the lowest 4 trims have 6 speakers, while the top two have 10-speaker surround sounds and a subwoofer. All trims have a rear-camera display that comes standard with the vehicle. Each vehicle can fit up to 7 passengers, with three rows in the vehicle.
When it comes to safety features, none of the trims are lacking. It has Vehicle Stability Management, Brake Assist System, Hill Start Assist Control, and Lower Anchors and Tethers Children, to name a few.
