Rear Cross-Traffic Alert
Radar sensors hidden in the corners of the rear bumper scan for passing vehicles as you back up. If the system detects a vehicle crossing into your path, warning sounds and a light appear on the left or right outside rear view mirrors, depending on the location of the other vehicle.
Lane Departure Warning System
This is a camera-based system that monitors the position of your vehicle within its lane and helps warn you if it deviates or is about to deviate from the lane. the Lane Keep Assist System applies corrective steering if it senses you drifting outside your lane.
Forward Collision Warning System
The front-mounted radar will detect a potential collision with a car in front and provides the driver with an audible warning and visual signs on the meter display. This feature helps prevent and lessen the effect of a collision if it is immanent.
Autonomous Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection
In critical conditions, the system will apply the brakes to help prevent or lessen the effects of a frontal collision. The system works with the Forward Collision Warning system and will activate if the system detects an object in the vehicle’s direction of travel.
