It seems like every year there is some new technology released and as soon as Apple announced its CarPlay feature, vehicle owners everywhere became anxious to try out the new feature. Kia announced a while ago that Apple CarPlay and Adroid Auto would be making its way to Kia vehicles starting with two models right away. The 2017 Kia Sorento has the first Kia model to be available with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability and recently Kia announced that the 2017 Kia Sportage and 2016 Kia Optima will also be available with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Customers who previously purchased the 2017 Sportage or 2016 Optima will be provided with a downloadable update via myuvo.com which will be available later in the third quarter. Kia’s list of available vehicles with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto is growing though and soon there it will be available on all Kia models.
Will the 2017 Kia Cadenza Have Apple CarPlay?
The 2017 Cadenza is sporting a full redesign and is moving closer and closer to a luxury car. The 2017 Cadenza will be equipped with high end features such as head-up display, wireless smartphone charging pad, smart trunk and of course it will be featured with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. As more 2017 Kia models become released, we will find more vehicles that will have Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability.
