It’s hard to pass up a visit to AT&T Stadium when you’re in Arlington, especially if you are lucky enough to be visiting on game day. We love making a full day of it and visiting a few restaurants, breweries, or even the local park before or after the Dallas Cowboy’s game. Find our favorite things to do below.
Things To Do Near AT&T Stadium Before or After a Dallas Cowboy’s Game
Restaurants With Game-Day Shuttles
One of the best ways to avoid the parking situation at AT&T Stadium is to hit up a local restaurant before the game that offers a shuttle to and from the stadium on game day. Two of our favorites are J. Gilligans and Humperdink’s. Not only will you save yourself a lot of hassle, but it can end up saving you some cash too. Contact each restaurant for further details on pricing, timing, etc.
Cowboy fans looking for a great local brew before or after the game have plenty of watering holes to choose from. Two of our favorite brewery locations are the Legal Draft Beer Company and Division Brewing. Both businesses are local to Arlington and cook up flavorful and creative craft brews that are sure to please.
River Legacy Park
If you want to save your eating and drinking for the stadium, the River Legacy Park in Arlington is a great place to go to stretch your legs and enjoy the Texas weather. The park offers 8 miles of paved trails, restrooms, playgrounds, pavilions, and a kid-friendly science center. It’s the perfect place to bring kids to let off some steam before the game and great for a long walk after the game to burn off some of the food and drinks consumed at the stadium.
